Information We Collect

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, event type, event date, guest count and any notes about your celebration.

Our enquiry form sends these details directly to our WhatsApp business number. We do not store website enquiries in an online database.

How We Use Your Information

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and coordinate your event with our team and vendors.

We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Sharing With Vendors

To deliver an event we may share the minimum necessary details (such as venue, date and headcount) with partners like caterers, decorators, production crews and photographers. We never sell your information to anyone.

Photography & Event Content

We may photograph or film events we produce and use selected images in our portfolio and social channels. If you prefer your event not to be featured, simply tell us in writing and we will respect that.

Data Retention

Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and accounting obligations.

Your Choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the personal details we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@eventlybd.com or calling 01805586594.

Third-Party Links

Our website links to services such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

Updates To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
