Enquiries & Proposals

An enquiry or quotation is not a booking. Prices quoted are valid for 15 days and may change if the scope, date, guest count or venue changes.

Booking & Advance Payment

A 50% advance payment of the total agreed package is required before we begin work. Your date is only held once this advance is received.

The remaining 50% balance is payable before the event begins, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Evently are non-refundable. Once the advance is paid, it covers planning time, vendor bookings and material commitments that we make on your behalf.

If you cancel or postpone, any amount already paid cannot be refunded. Where possible, we will try to transfer your advance to a rescheduled date, subject to our availability and vendor terms.

Changes To Scope

Additions or changes requested after booking (extra decor, guests, functions, equipment or hours) will be quoted separately and must be paid before delivery.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue permissions and access, and for the conduct of your guests.

Any damage caused to hired items, venue property or equipment by you or your guests will be charged at replacement cost.

Vendors & Substitutions

We work with trusted partners for catering, production, floral and photography. Where an agreed item is unavailable, we will substitute it with an item of equal or better quality.

Force Majeure

Evently is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, hartal, political unrest, government restrictions or venue closure.

Photography Rights

We may use photographs and video of events we produce in our portfolio and social channels. Tell us in writing beforehand if you would prefer us not to.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
